Our user friendly HIPAA-compliant electronic medical record platform allows for secure communications with your health care provider, virtual visits and access to your medical records. All languages are welcome via interpreter services. The practice features a nutritional program tailored to your health needs with nutritional counseling including food selection and eating habits for disease prevention, health maintenance and weight loss. Though majority of our services are priced to provide reasonable healthcare without the need for health insurance, we are a Medicare-approved practice and work with select health insurance providers. Our concierge-level services come at an annual membership fee which can be drafted from your preferred form of payment on a monthly, quarterly or per annum basis. She specializes in Plant-Based Nutritional counseling and earned her Certification in Holistic Nutrition from the fully accredited American Fitness Professionals Association. In the future, Aliyah will pursue additional certifications in Pediatric Nutrition and Prenatal and Postnatal nutrition to expand her practice. Aliyah has been eating a plant-based diet for 6 years and is amazed at the health benefits. “I no longer experience bilateral knee pain, asthma and respiratory symptoms, and I have more energy overall.” Because of this, Aliyah is committed to serving men and women to help improve their health by offering nutritional education, counseling, and advice. She provides compassionate collaborative care to all clients and will create an individualized treatment plan specific to your needs.
