The Concierge Package

Up to 10 visits per year $1500

Our Concierge membership focuses on your convenience. With priority booking, you are allowed to choose when and where you receive your healthcare. Your membership provides priority appointment bookings. Your 10 visits may include up to 2 in-home visits for urgent care or chronic disease follow-up and management and 1 comprehensive annual physical exam. Membership includes one complimentary nutritional consultation per annum. Point of care urinalysis, glucose, EKG services included.

A registered credit card will be required to maintain membership and may be charged one time, monthly or quarterly based on your preference. A one time registration fee of $50 will be due with your first payment upon membership sign up. Health insurance will not be billed for this membership.
