Please keep in mind this is a 1-year introductory fee, fees may be subject to increase values by year two and so on. A registered credit card will be required to maintain membership and may be charged one time, monthly, or quarterly based on your preference. A one-time registration fee of $50 will be due with your first payment upon membership sign-up. Health insurance will not be billed for this membership.
*The Concierge Package does not replace health insurance. It is strongly recommended to maintain health insurance to cover imaging labs, specialty care, and hospitalization.
