No insurance, no problem. We offer Annual Lab Packages for uninsured patients
Basic package includes CBC, CMP, TSH, Lipid panel, HbA1c and Urinalysis
All forms and paperwork to be completed by provider will require a two business day turnaround and assess a fee of $50.
We are a Medicare Approved Facility
While we do accept some insurances, in order to qualify for an In-home visit to be covered by Insurance, please contact us before booking to see if you qualify.
