Do I need health insurance to be seen? No, The Concierge Practice offers convenient pricing for services and packages. HSA funds can be used for medical services provided here.

Does TCP accept health insurance? Yes,

  • If we are an in-network provider, your insurance will billed be and you will only be responsible for your co-pay.

  • If covered by out-of-network insurance provider you can seek reimbursement for expenses accrued for medical services only.

What insurances does TCP accept?

  • Medicare, Florida Blue, Aetna, Cigna, and Humana.

Can I pay for my medical services at The Concierge Practice with my HSA? Yes

Can I be reimbursed by my health insurance for medical care received at TCP? Yes, TCP may be considered out-of-network provider for your insurance plan but you should be able to file a claim for reimbursement with your insurance carrier. We can assist you with process, ask us how.

Does TCP have a physical location? No, we are a completely mobile practice. Services are provided in-home, in-office and virtually.

Will I receive referrals to other specialists if needed? Yes

What happens if I cancel my appointment? In order to maintain our goal to provide quality and convenient healthcare, we require at least 24 hours advance notice if cancellation is necessary. A cancellation is considered late when done less than 24 hours prior to appointment time and may be subjected to a cancellation fee of $50. Same would apply to a missed appointment and same-day booking.

What is the booking fee? The booking fee is a $50 charge required at time of booking to confirm your appointment. It is applied to services rendered. It may be applied to cancellation fee.

What forms of payment are accepted by TCP? All major credit cards, CashApp, Venmo are all accepted forms of payment for services received.

Is TCP right for you? TCP accepts all patients, ages 16 years of age and older through Broward and Miami-Dade counties. If out of area we may still able to serve you, contact us for details. (special rates may apply)

What Locations do we currently service? We offer services to patients in Broward and Miami Dade counties. Services areas include: Aventura, Coconut Creek, Davie, Fort Lauderdale, Miami Gardens, Miramar, North Lauderdale, North Miami, Pembroke Pines, Plantation, Pompano beach. If out of area, we may still able to serve you, contact us for details. (special rates may apply)

What are your hours of operation?

  • Monday to Friday - 8:30am - 6:00pm

  • Saturday and Sunday - Variable; Advanced booking recommended

Can my concierge package visits be rolled over if not used in 12 months? No

What happens if I go over my 10 concierge package visits for the year? You can always schedule a single primary or urgent care visit and will still attain priority status with membership benefits 

Can I cancel my concierge package membership? Yes. You can cancel your concierge package membership at any time with 30 days written notice. All future payments will be suspended after 30 days of receipt of cancellation notice.

Are laboratory or imaging studies covered in fee/packages? No. The cost of laboratory studies and imaging services is not included and may be billed by the third party provider to you directly or your health insurance carrier. We have selected to work with third party providers that will be most affordable to you.
